There is absolutely no-cost to send anonymous personalized requests and no-cost to receive vendors replies. It is a 100% free service for all consumers

How long will it take for vendors to respond to my requests?

All vendors instantly receive your requests. Some vendors will immediately respond and others might respond later. If you need a quick response, you should mention it when sending your request.

Is zipzoom for online e-commerce only?

Customers can purchase directly from vendor’s website or at their physical location.

Can a vendor see my name or email address?

No. zipzoom is entirely anonymous. At no time during your search or message exchanges will a vendor know any details regarding your identity. Vendors will only know you under your nickname. You and only you decide when to share your personal information with a vendor.
