Buyers using the zipzoom National Inc. website should look to the vendors of the goods and services they have sought through the website for all representations and warranties and for the rectification of all problems in connection with such goods and services. Without limiting the foregoing, zipzoom National Inc. hereby disclaims all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the zipzoom National Inc. website, the use of this website, the contents of the website and the goods and services that are advertised on the website (including, without limitation, any implied warranties of quality, conformity to sample, fitness for purpose, non-infringement or the use of reasonable care and skill). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maximum liability of zipzoom National Inc. from all causes is limited to one ($1.00) dollar of lawful money of Canada and zipzoom National Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any description or under any theory of law.

5. Law and jurisdiction
This disclaimer will be governed by and construed in accordance with Canadian law, and any disputes relating to these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario situated in Toronto.Due to the nature of the zipzoom service zipzoom reserves the absolute right to choose what may and may not be deemed acceptable as content from consumers and or vendors and salespeople in terms of both the words used and in terms of the types of businesses allowed to operate within zipzoom. As an example profanity and adult content is not allowed on the zipzoom site.

6. Refund policy
Credit refund policy: If at any time the vendor has requested a full refund for his yearly service contract zipzoom will determine the amount of usage the vendor has incurred and will refund the vendor the appropriate balance of service contract for that year.
Usage refund: If a vendor requests a refund on his 50c per transaction plan (25 dollar increments) zipzoom will refund the amount discussed in form of zipzoom additional usage to cover the disputed amount. Zipzoom has the right to refuse the refund and will further discuss options with the vendor to amicably settle the dispute.
